Complementary fulfillment has undergone legislative changes since 2012. There were no changer for the year 2013 so far, neither for the mandatory ratio or for the employment of OHS workers, therefore complementary fulfillment will be guided by existing legislation of the amended Employment Act.
Complementary fulfillment is suited for who?
Complementary fulfillment marks one possibility ho a company with more than 25 employees can participate in employing OHS workers (people with altered working abilities). That is though obtaining services and goods in a specific amount from providers of complementary fulfillment, who themselves employ more than 50% of OHS workers.
