Criteria for selecting employees

Our company pays great attention to recruitment preparation. Each new employee applying for a position (commander of facility, shift supervisor, guard, dog handler, concierge, and cleaner) must go through the selection process. Basic requirements for the selection process include:

  • Criminal integrity (copy of criminal record) - this applies to all positions
  • references from previous job ( previous employers) applies to all positions
  • health condition (a medical) - applies to all positions
  • psychological examination (psychologist opinion) - applies to all positions
  • knowledge of a foreign language (EN, DE) - applies to concierge position, or if requested
  • communication skills and team leadership - applies to the positions commander of facility, and shift supervisor

Training and expertise of employees

SIPADAN guarantees the readiness of its personnel to provide services, with regular monthly and annual specialized training in the following areas:

  • EZS, EPS, and CCTV training
  • elevator operator training (rescuing persons)
  • training for managers and executives
  • training in the areas BOZP (safety and health at work), PO (fire protection), and health minimum
