Alarm receiving centre - connecting to the ARC
ARC services, or Alarm receiving centre services,are also called remote security of facilities. The ARC processes are based on the signal transmission from electronic security systems, which constantly monitor the guarded facilities. Connection to the ARC and transmission take place through the transfer of data via digital communication formats, which enable the transmission of a full scale of events generated by monitoring security systems, or through transmission of status signals, or using a combination of both options.
Data/information obtained from monitoring systems are transmitted to the ARC Control Center - connecting to the ARC will provide assessment of this data, and in case of a situation deviation found in the monitored facility, it initiates the reaction agreed contractually (sends a mobile patrol, hands the information to a service organization, or to the Czech police and designated persons).
This service can be provided anywhere in the Czech Republic under the condition of the availability of the selected transmission path. We also provide electronic security systems ((especially surveillance camera systems) separately (including designing, instalation, service, warranty and post-warranty repairs), however, the largest effect can be achieved by connecting the monitoring to the ARC, and the services of the Control Center.
Most modern Control Center
Our modern Control Center with a fully SQL distributed NAM GLOBAL solution ensures the independance of the whole Alarm receiving centre on one technical device. the database of monitored events is opened and documented, and it contains mechanisms for data protection, including the control of access to it. The system supports 100% reporting (received messages, internal system events, and service reactions), and it is built on the platforms Win NT, and Pervasive SQL; it is fully open and prepared for integration of various interfaces with documented inputs and outputs.
The system primarily uses the communication protocols 4+2, 4+3, and Contact ID, when using the signaling standards DTMF and PCM. If necessary, it is possible to integrate any format supported by the association ADEMCO. The desk platform is extended by the communication interface GSM/GPRS, and connected data circuits, and we are working on setting up an IP layer for data transmission. This will allow us to offer clients other ways of transmitting data from monitoring systems, such as through mobile and cable networks.
In the case of terminal technical equipment (GSM/GPRS transmitters), we are prepared to use all types of transmitters of the developmental series NAM, HASAM, and INTERAL. They are certified for transmitting data from the monitoring systems GSM and JTS into the medium-risk and high-risk category ("T"). Transmission backup with a second SIM-card can be added to the transmitters, which enables their deployment in most demanding security applications.
