Quality assurance of our security agency's services

Submission of records - all employees of SIPADAN a.s., who perform security of facilities, must submit their criminal record before receiving the job position.
Communication - regularly once a week the contact persons of Sipadan, and the representatives of our client contact eachother for mutual consultation, which leads to improvement of the quality of security, and removal of possible deficiencies that effect the smooth running of the secured facility.
Insurance - our security agency is insured against possible liability for damages incurred in connection with the subject of business, at the insurance company Kooperativa a.s., for a total amount of
100,000,000 CZK.
Security policy - Sipadan a.s. is committed to actively participate in creating rules of the security policy for the given facility, and constantly improve or suggest possible changes leading to more efficient service performance. Our company provides training of our employees by the security manager at our own cost.

Automated system for security monitoring

Our security agency uses the patrol system PT 200, which keeps you informed online about patrols of the guarded building. You do not have to watch the security guards, the www.pochuzky-online.cz system does it for you. If the security guard does not chip all the control points in the time schedule predetermined by you, then the system will warn you about it with an sms or e-mail.

The visualization of patrols allows you to be quickly and clearly oriented in the facility, and map the situation of the security, and the quality of the security service. For a perfect overview of the work performance of your guards (guards, members of physical security) you only need a set of sensing devices, chips placed around the facilitiy, and a password for the pochuzky-online.cz system.
