Sales representative

We expect a strong personality with demonstrable sales results from previous job. A successful candidate for this position must meet the following requirements:

• previous experience in the services (ideally in cleaning, security, and facility)
• knowledge of active acquisition, marketing - searching for new business opportunities in the region
• knowledge of the Commercial Code - ability to create and transform a business contract
• experience in making business offers and calculations
• communicative personality
• good communication skills
• group B drivers license, willingness to travel frequently
• clean criminal record

Operational manager

SIPADAN (cleaning and security services) is searching for a qualified candidate for the position OPERATIONAL MANAGER of professional cleaning, for full-time employment.

• secondary education
• independence in decision making
• experience in the services (ideally cleaning and security) as a provider
• the ability to manage a large group of people (approx. 180)
• very good knowledge of the Employment Law
• experience with recruiting workers
• ability to prepare documents for wages - required
• knowledge of accounting software, ideally Abra - preference
• Drivers license - active driver
• non-smoker - requirement
• clean criminal record - is commonplace
