Our security agency SIPADAN a.s. is insured against liability for damages incurred in connection to the subject of business, at the insurance company Kooperativa a.s., for a total amount of 50 000 000 CZK.
What kind of background must be provided for security workers?
It depends on what kind of security services the worker carries out, whether it is patrol operation, or e.g. service in the gatehouse, whether it is service in the building, or in its surroundings. Available WC + water, and a room to carry out their services are commonplace. Each worker of the security agency is equipped with a uniform, and accessories given by his type of work.
Is your company able to provide workers with language skills?
Yes, according to contract terms with the client, we are able to provide workers with knowledge of a foreign language. These workers are useful primarily at company and hotel receptions, where language skills are required for acceptance into the concierge function. We also see the requirement for knowledge of foreign languages with security guards, who perform services in places like banks.
What is meant by electronic security systems?
This means electronic security - securing buildings using electronic security systems, fire-resistant equipment, etc. An important part of this is monitoring camera systems, which can be connected to the ARC service, and the Control Center. Our company does their design, installation, and customer repairs.
How can I check on the security guard to see if he is carrying out his patrol honestly?
The patrol system PT 200 enables you to constantly monitor the security guard. During his patrol, the guard must chip the control points in the given time interval. If he doesn't, the system will alert you with an SMS message or an e-mail. Thanks to this patrol system you do not have to worry about the well-done security services, such as security of facilities, protection of persons and property, security of facilities and property and other security services.
Can the security agency SIPADAN a.s. provide organizing services and security of events?
Yes. Our company secures various cultural and sporting events, such as football and hockey games, festivals, concerts, and other social events. When providing organizing services our employee focuses on checking and possibly preventing the entrance and exit of vehicles into the designated areas, and supervising persons and their behavior. This service is meant to prevent disorderly conduct, but also physical violence or property damage of other visitors, or the equipment of the event organizers.
